In conveying mode, the product flows through the component. The pig is switched over for the pigging process - and the pig passes the component via the bypass. The big advantage: Instead of, for example, installing 5 pumps separately outside a pigging line, a single pump integrated into the piggable bypass is sufficient. **This saves costs, space and maintenance work. Thanks to our many years of experience and our extensive expert knowledge, the compact arrangement of the fittings with the pump is optimized so that the bypass contains only minimal residual quantities. These are completely emptied into the piggable pipeline during the pumping process. This almost completely prevents mixing with the subsequent product - a decisive advantage, especially for high-quality or sensitive products. In short: **One pump instead of many - less residue, less mixing, maximum process reliability.
