T95.29 - Inline pigging station

With the T95.29 pig loading and unloading station, insertion into the piggable pipeline is performed in a very safe and convenient manner. For this purpose, an insertion chamber is swiveled 90 degrees to the pipeline course for insertion and removal. For this purpose, the pig can be removed and inserted in a depressurized state, thus meeting high safety standards.

When the pig is swiveled into the pipeline with the aid of the loading station, it is pushed through the pipeline by a motive medium or a liquid. In the receiving station, the pig is then caught by a catching device and can be removed from the station by a 90 degree rotation.

The T95.29 is an ideal station for pigging operations that involve one pipeline and one direction of conveyance. At the same time, operation is extremely simple and meets the highest safety requirements.
