Molchtechnik, we not only focus on technical innovation in the field of pigging technology, but also on social responsibility. That is why we work together with the Elbe-Werkstätten Hamburg - one of the largest facilities for vocational participation in Germany. The Elbe-Werkstätten offer around 3,100 people with disabilities qualified work and training opportunities at over 50 locations in the Hamburg metropolitan region. A wide range of activities are carried out there - from assembly and packaging to modern areas such as logistics, metalworking and digitalization. Our cooperation shows how inclusion and industrial production can work together harmoniously: People with disabilities contribute their skills, take on responsibility and make a valuable contribution to our products. Inclusion is a corporate value that we live by - and an integral part of how we shape the future together at I.S.T. Molchtechnik.
