Pigging technology for printing inks

Especially at printing ink productions high viscosity products are a challenge for pigging systems. A further important demand is the high colour fidelity of the products within a production plant.

For this purpose pigs with a high cleaning performance and stations which can be rinsed were designed. When using the optimised I.S.T. pigs and stations cross contamination is considerably reduced. Further vital points are reduction and automation of rinsing processes.
