Piggable valve with heating jacket

In this article we would like to introduce you to our innovative piggable T-ring valve, which is suitable for various applications, including in the food industry. It is a piggable valve with a heating jacket made of food-approved materials according to EG1935.

The T-ring valve is suitable both for a two-pig system and as a piggable inlet valve for an one-pig system. It also enables viscous or temperature-sensitive products such as chocolate, honey or jam to be conveyed efficiently. The heating jacket ensures a constant temperature in the valve body to prevent the product from crystallizing or solidifying.

The T-ring gate valve features a dead space-free design that minimizes the formation of deposits. Due to the drive, which simultaneously activates the shut-off function and the pig stopper, the T-ring valve only requires one digital output and 2 digital inputs. If required, the 2 pig detectors only require one digital input each. It has a compact design and is easy to maintain once installed. It is also durable and low-maintenance as it is made of quality materials and has a sturdy construction.
